I want to thank you for the tremendous job you did recently in replacing the roof on our house. I would quickly add that we would certainly rehire you next time except that our new roof is designed to last 50 years and we will be long gone! We were impressed with your inspection, bidding, and contracting process but even more so by the caliber of your crew. They clearly knew what they were doing, but it was the manner in which they performed that got our attention. So many workman are only concerned about what they are working on and not worried about the surroundings. Your team took great care to make sure the rest of the house and our landscaping were not impacted. They left the premises clean at the end of each day and especially at the completion. The crew was polite and the crew chief gave us an overview at the beginning and end of each day.

Thank you for your professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, there are not many companies like yours in the business community these days. I am happy we found one of them!

Thanks for quickly sending Dockside Roofing to fix the loose tiles.  The Technician arrived here around 4:00 PM quickly made the required repairs and took the time to check the rest of the roof on my unit as well as to look at a few items on the 2 adjacent units.

The Technician was very diligent and has an excellent customer-service capability. Based on my experience today with Dockside Roofing I would rate them very highly and would definitely recommend them.
